My Take

Da Costa writes beautifully, although she didn’t pull me into this story…hence the “4”. Sweet.

The Story

It’s been ten years since Annie Fraser left school and, in all that time, she has never forgotten the gorgeous Mr. Nicholas Laurence, her mathematics teacher. Forbidden fruit. No longer forbidden.

The Title

The title is perfect! It encompasses everything important about why Annie is so excited about this reunion when it is “No Longer Forbidden”.
