A free ficlet in the Cut & Run LGBT romantic suspense series and revolving around two involved FBI agents with the scene set in their townhouse in Baltimore.

My Take

It’s brief, that’s for sure. Hmmm, or should I say “briefs”, as Ty and Zane quickly strip down to it, lol.

Roux uses a third person protagonist point-of-view from Zane’s perspective, so we hear all about his frustration with Ty being gone for the past three days and nights, about his hopes for that future when Ty is home again.

I’ll warn ya, it’s a quickie in every sense of the word, as Ty sneaks in for one. Just to keep each other going, *more laughter*.

It’s sweet and erotic…

The Story

It’s been pure frustration for Zane, as Ty has been on an undercover assignment for the past three days…and nights.

When that text message comes in about being arrested, bail money, well, it has Zane jumping and running…right into Ty.

The Characters

Zane and Ty are FBI agents with skills that are in demand.

The Cover and Title

The cover, donated by Carlo, has a lined white background with a pair of men’s black dress shoes askew in the lower half. The title is in an embossed deep blue green in the upper left with a quick info note below it in a pale gray. The author’s name is centered at the bottom in the same deep blue green.

The title is an uncalled-for pun penalty, a “Dine & Dash”, as Ty and Zane get in a quickie, lol.
