A short story, 15.3, in the Psy-Changeling paranormal romance series and revolving around Mercy, Riley, and their pupcubs. It takes place about a month after the end of Allegiance of Honor. The couple focus is on Mercy and Riley and their triplets.

My Take
It’s a sweet inside look at Mercy and Riley, as they smile over their new pupcubs and anticipate the day they can resume “intimate skin privileges”.
It’s third person protagonist point-of-view from Mercy’s perspective as she thinks of the blessings of her children, of Riley, and of all the shifters who love babysitting, lol.
There’s not much action, but quite a bit of character as Mercy and Riley think back about their siblings and their characters growing up.
Riley Aedan Kincaid knows how to love.
The Story
A trio of pupcubs has weakened the knees of SnowDancer and DarkRiver shifters, all of whom are anxious to spend time with Mercy and Riley’s babies.
The Characters
Mercy, a leopard shifter and new mom, has recently given birth to triplets. Riley Kincaid, her mate, a wolf lieutenant, the most senior lieutenant in SnowDancer, is a puppy himself when it comes to their three pupcubs: Belle, Ace, and Micah.
Mercy’s brothers are Bastien, Sage, and Grey. Kirby is Bastien’s lynx mate. Brenna is Riley’s sister; her Psy mate is Judd Lauren.Drew is another of Riley’s siblings.
Ava is a maternal wolf with good advice. She has two children: Ben and Elodie.
Tammy is the DarkRiver leopard shifter healer.
The Title
The title is too true for it is “A Perfect Moment” in the Kincaid family.
